Give your home a fresh look and enjoy a reward! Rose Park is excited to offer a limited-time Home Painting Incentive Program. Eligible residents can receive ONE MONTH OF FREE RENT by repainting the exterior of their home with approved colors and completing a brief verification process.

Here's How It Works:

• Choose an Approved Color:

  • Select an exterior paint color, limited to earth tones including grays, whites, browns, and other natural hues. Bright or unconventional colors are not allowed. 

• Approval:

  • Submit your color choice to: bob@mncommunities.com for approval.

• Paint Your Home:

  • Repaint the exterior of your home, including siding, trim, skirting, and doors.

• Submit Photos:

  • Email a clear photo of the completed project to [Your Email Address].

• Final Inspection:

  • Stephanie and Joe, the Park Managers, will inspect the paint job. If necessary, you may be asked to touch up areas to meet community standards.

• Get Rewarded:

  • After approval, a one-month rent credit will be applied to your account.

 

Important Notes:

• Only one rent credit will be issued per home.

• Work must be completed prior to 10/31/2025 to qualify.
